Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all users of EXART Global Store.
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in:
・Fraudulent orders
・Impersonation
・Intellectual property infringement
・Interference with store operations
・Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity
Article 3 (Made-to-Order & Order Confirmation)
All products are made-to-order.
No cancellations, changes, or returns are accepted after the order is confirmed.
Article 4 (Road Legality & Regulatory Compliance)
・Regulatory standards vary widely by country/region.
・We do not guarantee compliance with any foreign laws including emissions, noise limits, or road-use regulations.
・Some products may be classified as off-road or race-use only under local regulations.
・Customers must ensure lawful use in their jurisdiction.
Article 5 (Manufacturing Location & Certification)
・All EXART products are manufactured in Japan.
・Japanese certifications, including JQR approval where applicable,
apply only under Japanese domestic regulations and do not guarantee compliance with foreign standards (CARB, EPA, EU directives, etc.).
Article 6 (Installation & Usage Liability)
・Installation must be performed by a certified technician or professional workshop.
・We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, maintenance errors, interference with other parts, or vehicle-specific factors.
・We assume no liability for any injury, accident, legal penalties, or vehicle damage arising from the use of our products.
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Indirect Damages)
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
・Lost profits
・Business interruption
・Labor/installation costs
・Replacement or rental vehicle costs
・Opportunity losses
Article 8 (Taxes & Customs)
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, inspection charges, or storage fees are the customer's responsibility.
Customs delays are outside our control.
Article 9 (Transfer of Risk)
Risk transfers to the customer when the product is handed over to the carrier.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.
